Jacqueline joined Allen Law, P.A. after graduating with honors from Stetson University College of Law where she completed the Elder Law concentration program and earned recognition as a top performer in several courses, including Trusts and Estates. Her areas of practice include Elder Law, Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, and Family Law. With a heart for the senior members of the community, Elder Law is near and dear to Jacqueline. She has investigated financial crimes against the elderly with the state attorney’s office and understands that careful estate planning is instrumental in preventing financial exploitation. Her passion for Elder Law was born of her belief that people should be able to age with dignity and endure financial stability after retirement. Jacqueline has also worked with the American Bar Association to document and improve national efforts toward providing elderly Americans with improved access to free legal assistance.
Jacqueline is a compassionate and informative legal advisor with a gift for providing her clients with clear explanations of complex legal issues during a difficult time. Because she is keenly aware of the unique legal needs of senior citizens and retirees, she works diligently to provide her clients with the legal advice they need to protect their assets for their retirement years and for their families. As someone who has experienced loss, she is sensitive to the needs of clients grieving the loss of a loved one, and understands the importance of being efficient in bringing matters to a timely close.
Jacqueline is currently admitted to practice in Florida and is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. In addition to practicing law, she is a volunteer with the adult literacy coalition. She is married and enjoys visiting her hometown of Nashville, Tennessee, where she loves spending time with family and listening to live music.
